Parks and recs held a meeting today in Pahoa regarding the new senior center. Most of the work For the remodel is being donated except for the hazardous material removal.
Regardless it seems that it won’t be finished for 6 months to a year. The seniors are restless and aren’t looking forward to having to move there operation again this summer.
